Information submitted through the vendor application form (vendor type, store or brand name, representative name, email address, phone number, what you will sell, social media or website, notes, and uploaded documents or materials), and the contents of email inquiries.
purpose of use
Collected information is used to receive and review vendor applications, contact applicants about results and arrangements, respond to inquiries, and make contact necessary for running the event. It is not used for any other purpose.
third parties
Personal information is not provided to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
storage
Application data and documents are stored on Cloudflare storage, and email on Google Workspace, as cloud services used to run the event. Data is deleted within a reasonable period after the event ends.
